According to our main philosophy -Perfect Customer Satisfaction, Quality and Customer Oriented Production, we constructed by strong infrastructure, latest technology and the art production knowledge. We have 18.000 Kgs/day capacities of 100% Cotton Ring Carded spinning mills from Ne 20/1 to Ne 40/1 and 100% Cotton Ring Combed spinning mills from Ne 20/1 to Ne 60/1 counts by by 24.000 spindles in 16.000 SQM closed area.

In our facilities, blowroom unit, carding machines, drawframes, combers, rowing frames and ring frames has been obtained from Rieter Company. The Winding machines have been obtained from SCHLAFHORSTH (Autoconer 338) and MURATA. Also all winding machines have USTER QUANTUM system as well. We have 2 JOSSİ VISION SHIELD as foreign fiber reagent.

Air conditioning and its infrastructure of our company has been planned and projected by LUWA AG from Switzerland; the machineries and equipments has been obtained from LUWA AG.

Every phase of production levels and outputs, are being planned by professionalism and carefully and results are tested over the USTER Standards. We produce according to International Quality Standards by well-educated work team and the latest technology laboratory.

Shoulder pads taken from the unilap are transferred automatically to the combing machines without losing time and deforming ribbon quality, thanks to the SERVOLOPfully automated automatic lap holder system

Yarn cones are conditioned by XORELLA yarn conditioning machine then packed for forwarding.
