LABORATORY ACCREDITATION POLICY

As Arıkan Mensucat A.Ş. Quality Control Laboratory, our quality policy is:
Impartiality Independence
• Not allowing commercial, financial or other pressures that would jeopardize impartiality. Providing all services at an equal distance to each customer. Providing objective service by adhering to the principles of impartiality and independence.

Confidentiality
• Conducting all activities within our scope confidentially, taking all necessary measures to protect the confidential information and commercial rights of our customers.

Reliability
• Ensuring that the management system established in accordance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard and legal requirements is accepted, implemented, developed and continuously increased in effectiveness at all levels of the laboratory organization.

• Performing our analysis services in accordance with the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 Standard and its revisions, based on process management and risk analysis,
Performance
• Providing the best service in the field in a fast, reliable and accurate manner.

• Adopting the guidance of science in its work and applying innovations correctly, effectively and quickly, professionally.

• The basis of our activities; to finalize all test, analysis and control services according to nationally and internationally accepted standards, methods and instructions, and also to perform analyses requested by our customers according to special methods.

• To monitor the accuracy of analysis results with internal and external quality control activities.

Continuous Improvement
• Based on customer and personnel satisfaction and continuously improving the effectiveness of the management system,
• To develop our Quality Management System with the direct participation of our employees, and to keep it up to date according to legislation and scientific data.

• To ensure that the Quality Management System documentation is learned, adopted and implemented by the laboratory personnel, to provide regular training for this, to ensure that they actively use this training in their work, and to prioritize future training requests.

Customer Satisfaction
• To ensure that customer satisfaction is always kept at the highest level by cooperating with customers.

• To ensure customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality of analysis services.

• To grow based on a customer-focused organizational structure, to provide uninterrupted communication to the customer and to ensure customer satisfaction with a management that aims to continuously improve service quality.
• Evaluating and resolving complaints conveyed to the laboratory, solving problems at their source and carrying out activities that increase customer satisfaction beyond expectations.

• Ensuring efficient use of resources and protection of the environment.

• Developing environmentally friendly technologies and spreading them by aiming to use them in all services.

• Raising awareness among our personnel with recycling and environmentalist approach.

• Implementing waste regulation continuously and completely.
